MURRIETA – KTM North America, Inc., the leading manufacturer of high-performance on-road and off-road motorcycles, will advance the development of its brand new North American corporate headquarters, a corporate campus on the northeast corner of Winchester and Boreler Streets. The 20 hectare project will initially include three buildings with over 150,000 square meters of technical, office, warehouse and racing departments.

The development is part of KTM’s commitment to expanding motorcycle racing through continuous investments in infrastructure, research and development, technical training and further education for the company’s first-class products and technologies. KTM NA currently employs more than 250 people nationwide and continues to grow.

The project is located just off Winchester Road, approximately 2.1 miles north of the intersection of Murrieta Hot Springs Road, borders French Valley Airport and shares 56 acres to the east. Just one block south of the development is RD Field, KTM NA’s state-of-the-art private motorsport facility, equipped with two supercross-style dirt tracks, two extreme off-road tracks, and a trial competition area for product testing and athlete training.

With global headquarters in Mattighofen, Austria, KTM is Europe’s leading manufacturer of high-performance road and off-road sports motorcycles, and has been active on the North American market since 1967. For over 40 years, KTM NA has continuously invested in growing in the US with a network of more than 700 independent small businesses across North America.

At the local level, KTM NA has added hundreds of new jobs to the Temecula Valley area as it has grown exponentially over the past decade, from 30 employees in 2009 to over 150 world-class employees this year, with future Growth on the horizon. In addition, the company generates millions of dollars in local business revenue annually through established partnerships with local businesses and vendors within the community, particularly in the hospitality, marketing and service sectors. The North American corporate headquarters project is set to break the ground this month.
